You’ve heard of shop local, but what about buy bored? On Friday, the Bored Ape Yacht Club debuted its new online Bodega, featuring products made by Apes that are for everyone!
Shopping around the swamp just got a lot easier now that the BAYC has launched its new Made By Apes online storefront, showcasing products from bored builders!

Whether it’s Bored Brewing’s Made By Apes beers or Vonga’s athleisure wear, the new storefront has something for everyone!
“First of it’s kind in the history of the internets – very proud to be a part of this IP meets culture innovation,” Bored Brewing Co’s Pieter tweeted, “Support these builders GRINDING to make cool shit with NFTs and IP!!!”
Right now, there are 111 products for sale on the Made By Apes website, and Yuga Labs plans to add even more over time.
As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, Yuga Labs launched its Made By Apes program in July 2023 and invited every Ape to get their license to build!
“Made by Apes empowers holder-creators of BAYC and MAYC NFTs by verifying, supporting, and amplifying goods or services they offer using their BAYC and MAYC NFTs,” Yuga Labs wrote on the Made By Apes Website. “The Made by Apes program authenticates that licensees own a BAYC or MAYC NFT and grants a license to use the Yuga-made Made by Apes logo in connection with their products or services.”
Since then, Yuga Labs has moved the MBA program to ApeChain, empowered its members with 6.2 million $Ape votes at the ApeCoin DAO, hosted a speaker series with fortune 500 companies, and showcased MBA brands at ApeFest 2023 and 2024.

Blending culture and commerce often dilutes authenticity. Sometimes, sticking to pure cultural expressions is more meaningful than trying to package it for profit.
