GIVE ME FIVE: Everyone Who Apes Into Otherside For Project Dragon Tomorrow Will Earn A High Five Emote!

Up high. Down low. Ape in! Everyone who attends tomorrow’s Project Dragon event will receive a high-five emote to use in the metaverse.

Give me five! In case Apes, Meebits, Kodas, Voyagers, and gamers galore weren’t hyped enough for tomorrow’s potentially record-breaking Project Dragon event, Yuga Labs has announced that every attendee will receive an exclusive event emote that lets them high-five their frens in the Otherside.

“Co-op emotes are coming to Otherside,” Yuga Labs tweeted from its Otherside account this afternoon. “Play at least one round of Project Dragon during tomorrow’s event (12PM EST) and earn an exclusive emote. The emote will be added to your account after the event.”

This high-five emote is something everyone who plans to build on Otherside will want, as it’s the first-ever two-person emote in the game. Plus, it’s a high five, and that’s just awesome!

“One thing I loved about Hell Divers 2 is the two player emotes,” Yuga Labs CEO Garga tweeted after the announcement. “Being able to hug your bro or high five is surprisingly satisfying. So we built some co-op emotes for Otherside. Going to make one of them a reward for playing in tomorrow’s Project Dragon. Thinking about never offering it again.”

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, Apes, Meebs, Kodas, Voyagers, and gamers inside and outside the Web3 world are all invited to ape into the Otherside tomorrow and participate in this month’s episode of Yuga Labs’ Web3 shooter game, Project Dragon, and help set the world record for the most players in an online first-person shooter!
