Meebs and Milei were immortalized in Beeple’s Everyday collection this Valentine’s Day after Yuga Labs sold the voxel project to a longtime Meebit bull—and the country of Argentina may have launched and rugged a memecoin!

Things were anything but boring across the Web3 world on Friday as the day began with a surprise announcement: Yuga Labs revealed that the newly formed Meebit Company—led by longtime Meeb Sergito and backed by 1Confirmation—had acquired the Meebits brand!

The news was well received by Apes, Meebs, and the broader Web3 community, as many believe this move will be a win for everyone. Meebits finally get to be a company’s main focus, while Yuga Labs can put more attention into Apes and Otherside.
