Crypto Fight Night has a new middleweight champion after Bored Ape Yacht Club member Biel went three rounds with “The Iron Brit” and defeated him by unanimous decision!
On Thursday, BAYC member Biel made his fellow Apes, the ApeChain community, and his late grandpa proud by stepping into the Crypto Fight Night ring during Consensus 2025. Biel went the distance against a worthy competitor, trading blows on his way to becoming the new middleweight champion of CT!
“This feels like hard work paying off,” Biel said after the fight. “I feel good, that’s what I came here for.”
From the first round to the last, Biel and The Iron Brit went at it with plenty of jabs, powerful blows, and some of the best exchanges Crypto Fight Night spectators saw all evening!
After the fight, Biel took to the timeline, sharing photos of himself with his new middleweight championship belt, joining in on the Bored Ape Yacht Club copy pasta fun, and letting everyone know his win was powered by $APE!
Looking ahead, Apes and $APE holders can expect to see Biel back in the ring to defend his belt sooner rather than later.
“I’m ready to defend this belt whenever I have too,” he said. “This is my life; this was my biggest goal the last two years and I achieved it. I thank you very much.”
