WELCOME WUT!: Fwog Artist Wut Joins Yuga Labs As The Company’s New Creative Art Lead!

Ribbit wibbit, Wut! A new dawn is breaking in the swamp as Yuga Labs welcomes prolific Fwog memecoin artist Wut to the team!

From the lily pads of the Solana memecoin ecosystem to the deck of the Bored Ape Yacht Club, Web3 artist Wut just made a career leapfrog that’s anything but boring—joining Yuga Labs as its new Creative Art Lead!

“Excited to join Yuga Labs as Creative Art Lead,” he tweeted along with a new work featuring his Fwog watching a Yuga Labs logo rise on Otherside. “Grateful for the journey that brought me here. As for our lil fwog and the FWOG IP, the road ahead is full of potential. Can’t wait to lean on and learn from the creative masterminds in the space. Fwew.”

After his announcement, Yuga Labs CEO Garga hopped on the timeline to welcome Wut a-bored and croaked about some “fun stuff” between Apes and Fwogs.

“Have been a huge, huge fan of  @Groowut‘s work, and couldn’t be more stoked to have him join the team,” he tweeted. Just a quick note since I saw a lil confusion on the timeline: Yuga isn’t acquiring Fwog/the Fwog IP. But we’re cooking on some fun stuff together at Yuga.”

For those unfamiliar with Wut’s work, he has been creating Fwog-themed art filled with memes and pop culture references  for $FWOG token since August 2024.
